During my time at Amasa Estudio, I collaborated on Mayaman Towers, a mixed-use residential development designed in collaboration with Rojkind Arquitectos. The project comprises 138 apartments distributed across nine towers, complemented by retail, market, and commercial spaces at ground level, as well as three underground parking levels.
I joined the project during its final development and construction documentation phase, when the architectural design was being translated into a coordinated executive drawing package. My participation focused primarily on the development and refinement of apartment floor plans, selected sections of the residential and amenity areas, and construction details related to the basement levels.
This stage required close attention to architectural coordination, drawing consistency, dimensional accuracy, and the integration of the project’s design intent into clear and buildable documentation. I also contributed to the revision and completion of drawings required for the final construction package, supporting the resolution of specific architectural conditions throughout the development.
