In March 2023 I was hired by Amasa Estudio and the first project assigned to me was Manzanillo 63 / Casa Sofia. Where they had proposed a remodeling of an existing building in the Roma Sur neighborhood in the CDMX. Culminating finally in a mixed proposal of apartment, house and business in response to the results of a market study of the area's cultural, culinary and artistic attractions. I started from a spatial proposal and based on studies of form, colors and context analysis began to take shape, resulting in this new work that will be added to the panorama of the Roma neighborhood.
